Gerbig Cleanroom Panels

Gerbig’s AireCell® modular cleanroom framing system is designed for the construction of prefabricated hardwall cleanrooms. Whether you’re building a cleanroom for a laboratory, factory or something else entirely — the AireCell® wall panel can accept most ¼” materials to meet virtually any application.

Our adaptable wall panels can also be used to create partitioning within existing cleanroom systems, helping you make the most of your space. Different thicknesses, finishes and materials are available depending on your unique needs. For example:

• Standard aluminum skin panels have a white semi-gloss polyester finish
• Kynar finish and smooth finish FRP panels are available for particularly corrosive environments
• Anodized aluminum skin is available for conductive panels, offering lower surface resistance than polyester
